Shut off the condenser and wash all ice off of the evaporator and then start to check out why it froze.
Put gauges on. See why sight glass is flashing, might be low on charge.
Mark defrost clock and check out heaters and limits before washing coils.

See if ice is forming properly and thick enough. See if the machine is scaled up and needs to be cleaned.
